Rates and Reservations
Year-Round Rate:
$185.00 per night, plus tax (10.4%)
8% discount on weekly rentals
3-night minimum
No smoking and no pets.
(Ask about last minute availability, as well as extended stays.)
Your reservation will be held by mailing a $300.00 refundable security deposit. Upon receipt of the deposit, a short-term rental contract will be mailed or faxed to you to be signed and returned. Rental fees are to be paid in advance by check.
